No water for the sippers...you gotta be in it for the long haul

Nowhere in the HFAC can you just simply get a drink of water out of a drinking fountain. Because all the music people who reside in that building love to carry around thier little waterbottles and fill them up at every available fountain. Are they empty? Doesn't matter. Fresh water must be had at all times meaning that even a bottle 3/4 full must be emptied and promptly refilled. Line of 8 thirsty people waiting impatiently? Still doesn't matter. Water is everything in the HFAC. Fight to the death.
